Autonomous Program
Includes:
Carefully designed programming that is specific to your body’s movement patterns, available equipment, and goals discussed in the initial consultation
Interactive app with exercises, reps, sets, intensity, rest periods, cues, progressions, regressions, videos, and pictures to help guide you through the workout
Ability to upload comments, pictures or videos directly within the app to receive feedback from your coach on form, progressions, regressions, or alterations to the workout itself
Choose from 1-7 workouts per week for a monthly fee and receive each block of workouts before the week starts
